Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Hot Water System Perth ("we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
We provide hot water system installation, repair, maintenance, and related plumbing services in the Perth metropolitan area. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Heat pump hot water system installation
- Solar hot water system installation
- Gas and electric hot water systems
- Hot water system repairs and maintenance
- Compliance upgrades and tempering valve installation
- System assessments and advice
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if:
- Site conditions differ from what was described or expected
- Additional work is required to complete the job safely
- Access difficulties are encountered
- Parts or equipment need to be special ordered
We will always discuss any changes to the quoted price before proceeding with additional work. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash
- For larger jobs, a deposit may be required before work commences
- Overdue accounts may incur interest and collection costs
Warranties
Workmanship Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. This covers defects in installation or repair work performed by our team.
Product Warranties
Products we supply are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and will be detailed in the warranty documentation provided at installation. We can assist with warranty claims for products we have installed.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to maintain
- Damage caused by third parties or attempted DIY repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues arising from water quality or supply problems
- Consequential damages (e.g., water damage to property)
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to cover our time and travel.
Access and Site Conditions
You agree to:
- Provide safe and clear access to the work area
- Ensure someone over 18 is present (or provide authorised access instructions)
- Inform us of any known hazards, underground services, or access restrictions
- Secure pets that may interfere with work
Licensing and Compliance
All our plumbers hold current Western Australian plumbing and gas fitting licences. All work is performed in accordance with the Plumbing Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards. We provide compliance certificates for applicable work.
Insurance
We maintain appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance for our business operations. Evidence of insurance can be provided upon request.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to:
- The re-supply of services; or
- Payment of the cost of having the services re-supplied
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss, except where such limitation is prohibited by Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
Disputes
If you have a concern about our services, please contact us first to discuss. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may contact Consumer Protection WA or seek independent legal advice.

By using our website, you agree:

- Not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- That content is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional advice
